A. PROCURING A NEW PASSPORT

    Requirements:

    1. Cost of Passport Form                     -          NIS  

    2. Processing Fee                                 -          NIS 470.00

    4. Valid Ghanaian Birth Certificate

 

 B. RENEWAL OF PASSPORTS /ISSUANCE OF CHILDREN’S PASSPORTS

     Requirements:

     1. Cost of Passport Form             -           NIS  

     2. Processing Fee                         -           NIS  470.00

     3. The form must be submitted with 4 colour passport size photographs (full face), taken not more          than three months from the date of application.

     4. A photo copy of the bio data page of the old passport or Birth Certificate.

 

 C. MISSING PASSPORTS

     Requirements:

     1. Cost of Passport form              -          NIS 

     2. Processing Fee                          -          NIS 70.00

     3. The form must be submitted with 4 color passport size photographs (full face).

     4. Original Police Report indicating loss of passport.

     5. Birth Certificate (both original and photocopy)

 

NOTE:

All passports are forwarded to the Passports Office in Accra, Ghana for processing and may take one (1) to two (2) months for this Mission to take delivery of the issued Passports.

Applicants are therefore advised to Apply for their Passports in good to avoid undue delays.
